Objectives

Learn and apply the techniques of each workshop.

Method

Immersion in the professional environment by professionals in each speciality with explanation, demonstration and reproduction of professional gestures with supervision. Tastings and little secrets are the ingredients that make each discovery workshop a delicious and memorable intercultural experience that allows you to appropriate a semantic field and the technical gestures of the culinary arts, for example.

Evaluation

Interview to assess:

- grammar

- vocabulary

- oral expression skills, using a grid containing descriptors in line with the CEFR.

 

The programme will be determined on the basis of the results of the assessment and the needs expressed, translated into operational objectives.
